As a BONUS I have included alternative announcements from other airlines too, such as British Airways, Finnair, and KLM. Total time of the announcements included is 24mins15seconds. Rest assured though, this download is well worth it.
Due to the number of announcements included, and the higher quality of them, the filesize jumped to almost 32mb. I have recorded these sounds on various flights I have taken, for pure enjoyment in FS2004. Here is just one exampleĪmerican Airlines crew announcements for use with FDSFX. There are many sound files already recorded on AVSIM for different airlines. So being the thrifty I am, is there a way to add passenger cabin sounds to fsx manually provided I have my own background sound effect I would like to loop when I'm in the passenger cabin? Do I have to do a lot of configuration file editing and so on in order to do that? And if so can someone point me to a tutorial on how to add your own sound effects and dictate when and how they are used in fsx?
