Shana’s training and experience spans several areas of psychoeducational practice including educator training in evidence-based instructional practices multi-tiered systems of support and systems-level intervention restorative, inclusive, and culturally-responsive behavior management practices in urban public schools behavioral data collection and analysis prevention of disruptive behavior and learning difficulties and assessment of and intervention for developmental, learning, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

Shana is passionate about bringing the science of human learning and behavior to schools to create positive and affirming learning environments, specifically to uplift students of marginalized identities. Prior to acquiring interests in school psychology and behavior analysis, Shana taught elementary and middle school in urban settings. in School Psychology at Temple and is a nationally certified school psychologist and board certified behavior analyst.
